Cannot login within the app upon startup

Good evening, I just reinstalled PolarNavy 3.0.3 on my new Mac. I've gone through the registration process and I can log in and see my account info.

When I start the app, I accept the license agreement then the "About Polarview NS" box pops up. I try to enter my username and password in the dialog boxes but they are greyed out and nothing can be entered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Note, I did initially have the font problem that was mentioned in another thread, Although Aerial was enabled, I disabled and re-enabled then Polarview would start.

This is unusual. What version of MacOS are you using?
