NS Hardware and app rqmts
NS Hardware and app rqmts

Okay you have a new customer here.
We decided to run NS on 2 of same bridge dedicated 15-17" laptops (nav and AC only). Our personal and other apps will be on different computers.
How many licenses do we need and cost?
Any other apps we need (or might want) to load that interface with NS and AC?
Hard drive capacity?
Ram?
Screen resolution?

Thanks!

- PolarView was designed to run on a wide range of systems. As of now essentially any available hardware would be sufficient to use PolarView. Hard drive performance (speed) is the most important factor in overall performance - a good SSD will have the most impact.

- PolarView subscription allows you to run PolarView on all computers that you own.

Okay - on the hard drive.

What will make the application run best.

1TB hard drive or 128GB SSD?

Big diff in price ...

If an SSD drive, 128, 256, more, what's best for SSD speed?

SSD speed does not, generally, depend on its size, so (given the same speed specs i.e. same manufacturer) any SSD size will result in performance improvement over spinning media HDD.
