Unable to complete Active Captain update

I have tried several times to update AC on my Polarnavy but although it downloads and stores data (it says) it always finishes with the message Update Failed. Please can you advise what I might be doing wrong?

What version of PolarView are you using?
Is this a first time you are downloading AC data?

I'm using 3..0.4. ,and no its not the first time I have downloaded AC data.

Problem solved. I disabled Adblock Plus and erased the existing Active Captain data, then updated again. This time it worked fine. But thanks anyway.
