1. We have a new laptop and want to add Polar Navy to our new laptop. How can we do this?

2. We have been using Polar Navy on our old laptop for several years but it needs to be replaced. Can we copy Polar Navy from the old laptop to the new laptop?

3. When we tried to download Free Trial on the new laptop, it was stated that downloads were unavailable. When will the free trial be available?

Downloads of PolarView are available as usual. Existing user accounts should continue to work.

I downloaded polarview but when I attempted to use it I was instructed to extend the expired subscriptions without being instructed how to do this.

Polarview still works fine on my old laptop.

How can I get it to work on my new laptop?
