I have downloaded polarview to my new laptop but when I try to open Polarview to use the charts I receive the following message:

Your subscription to this service has expired.
Please visit your Polar Navy account at www.polarnavy.com/login to verify or extend your subscription.

Please advise how I can accomplish this and use Polarview charts.

Polar View Transfer II
August 17, 2019 05:20PM
I have transferred Polarview/navy from my old laptop to my new laptop as you instructed, and when I try to use it the following message is received:

Your subscription to this service has expired.
Please visit your Polar Navy account at www.polarnavy.com/login to verify or extend your subscription.

PolarView still works on my old laptop.

How can I use Polarview?

Has this charting software been eliminated?

Should I find another company for charting software or do you plan to return to normal operation?

Jim

You can copy the entire PolarView binary directory and the data profile.

PolarView binary directory is usually found:
- On Windows: /Program Files/PolarView
- On MacOS: /Applications/PolarView.app

PolarView data profile is located:
- On Windows:
\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\PolarNavy
Note that "Roaming" component may not be present and some or all of this path may be "hidden". You may need to turn on option to "show hidden files and directories" to see it.

- On MacOS:
$(HOME)/.PolarNavy

Has Polarnavy been discontinued or do you expect it to return to normal operations?

Please do not create multiple topics on the same issue, in particular as this is a technical support forum.

Any announcements will be made here.
